Many of my items are one of a kind exclusive hand crafted items and cannot be duplicated.

Your shipping information will be used by PayPal and me and the selected shipper, only for the purpose of shipping my products to you. I ship all items via Australia Post. Their delivery service is fast and efficient and their rates are always reasonable. I will ship items internationally through Australia Post International services. Please be assured your purchases will arrive quickly and safely.
RETURN POLICY
I try my best to describe items accurately and to show you a good photographic representation of my product lines. I can provide more detailed photographs of some of my items should you need to have me send them via email. Please use Contact Me when requesting this service. Therefore, I do not accept returns and encourage you to ask questions before purchasing any items that capture your interest. If a product should ever arrive damaged, I will follow up on the Insurance Claim to make sure that you receive a refund.
